Monday, March 18

Johnson County Library Events: 


  • Escape the Eclipse: 3-4pm. Legend has it that a solar eclipse happens when the sun and moon are fighting. To ensure the world is not encased in darkness forever, kids must work together to uncover clues while learning about solar eclipses during this escape room program. Will you be able to escape the eclipse? Ages 6 and up. Franklin Road Branch

  • Tiny Tots Storytime: 10:00am - 10:30am, White River Branch    

  • Preschool Storytime: 10:00am - 11:00am, Clark Pleasant Branch

  • Tiny Tots:10:00am - 11:00am, Trafalgar Branch 

  • STEAM Team - Bee Buzzers: 4:00pm - 5:00pm, Trafalgar Branch Registration required. 

  • Paws to Read: 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Franklin Branch Improve your reading skills and enjoy time with a registered therapy dog. Sign up for a 15-minute session. 

Greenwood Library Event: 

  • Dress Up All day: Dress up like your favorite book character, visit one of our Library Help Desks, and earn a fun spring break treat! 


  • Tot Time: 10am-12pm. Tot Time is a great way for young ones to let out energy and interact with other children. This activity does not have an instructor but has several fun and engaging equipment like tumbling mats, soft climbing stairs, and much more! Krannert Park Indianapolis, IN 


  • Small Wonders Holliday Park: 10-11am. Each class introduces a new topic through hands-on activities, hikes and crafts, and provides ideas for exploring at home. Classes are designed for children and their caregivers. Ages 3-5. $5 per kiddo.  Registration required. 


  • Wine Tasting Night: Antilogy: Spend a relaxing evening at Antilogy and sip four wines from around the world. Choose your favorite for a full glass. $15 per person. Tickets required. 

Wednesday, March 20     

Johnson County Library Events


  • Tots on the Turf:  9-11am.  $5 per child for the hour. Greenwood Fieldhouse. Greenwood, IN 


  • Sun King Brewery Trivia: 7-9pm. All ages. $5 Pints of Year-Round Beers & Various Sun King Prizes are awarded to winners each week! Sun King Brewery Downtown Indianapolis, IN. 


  • Young Scientists: Children ages six to ten are invited to learn about topics in science, technology, engineering, and math through fun and interactive activities.Garfield Park Branch Library Registration required. 

Thursday, March 21 

Johnson County Library Events:


  • Toddler Jumperoo Time: 10am-12pm. A special time for you to jump around with your kiddos under 5 at Urban Air. Tickets are required. Urban Air, Franklin, IN. 


Greenwood Library Event: 

  • Spring Break Movie Afternoon: 1-3pm.Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem!  (Rated PG / 1 hr 39 min)  We'll have activities and snacks - so sit back, relax, and join us for a movie! Registration required.

Language Music N’ Our Peeps (LMNOP) is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of /communication while using music and language-based activities.
