Friday, April 19    


Johnson County Library Events:


  • Garden Story time: 10-10:30am. Join them in Blake’s Children’s Garden as you learn about nature through a story reading. After the reading children are encouraged to stay and explore the garden. This program is free and open to anyone wishing to attend. Ages 2-8. 


  • Language Music N’ our Peeps: 9:30-10:30am. Language Music N’ Our Peeps (LMNOP) is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication while using music and language-based activities. Recommended for ages pre-natal to 36 months. Registration required. GIGI’s Playhouse Indianapolis, IN 


  • Tot Time: 10am-12pm. Tot Time is a great way for young ones to let out energy and interact with other children. This activity does not have an instructor but has several fun and engaging equipment like tumbling mats, soft climbing stairs, and much more! Krannert Park Indianapolis, IN 


  • Live Music at Smocktown: 8pm-10pm. (21+) Smocktown Brewery Greenwood, IN  


  • Indy Indians vs St. Paul: 7:05pm. Friday Fireworks. Victory Field, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required.


  • Taylor Album Release Party: 5-8pm. Eclectic Jade is hosting a Taylor Swift party with selfie opportunities, new Taylor Swift merchandise, hair tinsel, fancy mocktails and Taylor's new album. Eclectic Jade, 108 W. Jefferson St. Franklin, Indiana

  • Indy Winter Farmers Market: 9am-12:30pm. 60+ vendors weekly, including local farmers, food producers, and artisans. The AMP1220 Waterway Blvd Indianapolis, IN

  • Butler Ballet Presents Cinderella: 8pm. Clowes Memorial Hall, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required.

  • Indy Fuel Playoffs: 7pm. Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Playing Wheeling Nailers. Tickets required.

  • Indy Indians vs St. Paul: 6:35pm. Indy 500 Night. Victory Field, Indianapolis, IN Tickets required.

  • Live Music at Smocktown Brewery: 8-10pm. (21+ event). 223 W. Main St. Greenwood, Indiana 

  • Death and Taxes Day: 12-4pm.  An outdoor beer release and tasting festival, featuring 40+ Indiana-proud breweries, select wineries, live music and local food trucks. Join them for a day full of sampling the finest beers, wines and ciders from around Indiana. Taxman Brewing Company, 13 S. Baldwin St. Bargersville, Indiana Tickets required. 

Sunday, April 21    


  • Spring Handmade Art Market at Mashcraft: 1-5pm. Check out a specially selected group of artisans and collectors. Grab a beer and enter to win the raffle basket filled with goodies from all vendors. Mashcraft Greenwood, IN.
