Friday, March 15   


Johnson County Library Events:


  • Indy’s St. Patricks Day Tent and Block Party: 9:30am-3pm. Food trucks, activities, and a large heated tent with a beer garden and live entertainment are just some of the things you’ll find to do! n North Street, between Meridian and Pennsylvania Street. Indianapolis, IN 


  • Language Music N’ our Peeps: 9:30-10:30am. Language Music N’ Our Peeps (LMNOP) is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication while using music and language-based activities. Recommended for ages pre-natal to 36 months. Registration required. GIGI’s Playhouse Indianapolis, IN 


  • Tot Time: 10am-12pm. Tot Time is a great way for young ones to let out energy and interact with other children. This activity does not have an instructor but has several fun and engaging equipment like tumbling mats, soft climbing stairs, and much more! Krannert Park Indianapolis, IN 

  • 42nd Annual Indianapolis St. Patrick’s Day Parade: 11am-1:30pm. The parade starts at North and Pennsylvania Streets, heads south to Ohio Street, and then back North on Meridian Street. Get downtown early to find your spot!


Saturday, March 16   



Johnson County Library Events:


  • Mallow Run Winery Winter Warm ups: 12-6pm. Enjoy satisfying soups and freshly-baked breads that will warm your belly this winter. Food is served from noon to 6 p.m. Live music is 2 to 5 p.m. on the covered, heated patio and wine tasting is available in the tasting room. 


  • Live Music at Smocktown Brewery: 8-10pm. (21+ event) 223 W Main St. Greenwood, IN 


  • Bell Bottoms and Blooms: 6pm-9pm. Enjoy a flower bar, flower mocktails, shopping, a custom hat bar and more. Tickets are $20. Small Town Girl Boutique, 110 W. Jefferson St. Franklin, Indiana 46131


  • Indy Winter Farmers Market: 9am-12:30pm. 60+ vendors weekly, including local farmers, food producers, and artisans. The AMP1220 Waterway Blvd Indianapolis, IN

  • Brickworld Indianapolis: 10am-6pm. Indiana State Fairgrounds (Blue Ribbon Pavillion). More than 65,000 square feet of spectacular creations all built from LEGO bricks by local LEGO enthusiasts. Tickets required.

  • Indiana Pacers vs. Brooklyn Nets: 7:00pm. Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Tickets required.

Sunday, March 17

  • Project Prom: 1:00pm - 4:00pm, Franklin Branch Going to Prom but don't have formal wear? Project Prom has you covered! Stop by to browse our selection of dresses, tuxes, shoes and accessories.


  • Growing Up Baroque: St. Paddy’s Day Family Concert: 3-4pm. Indianapolis Central Library (Downtown). Free, no registration required.

  • Brickworld Indianapolis: 10am-5pm. Indiana State Fairgrounds (Blue Ribbon Pavillion). More than 65,000 square feet of spectacular creations all built from LEGO bricks by local LEGO enthusiasts. Tickets required.

  • Smocktown Brewery St. Patrick’s day: 12-5pm. Enjoy great craft beer, live music by Rattle Trap from 2 to 4 p.m. and St. Patrick's Day fun in the yard.
