Library Events at Johnson County Public Libraries


  • Free Friday Story Time: 10:30am. Courthouse lawn. 5 E Jefferson St. Franklin, IN. with Toodleydoo Toys.


  • Indianapolis Children's Museum Activities: 10:30am-3:30pm. Check out all of the events and times they start here.


  • Wrights FUN time: 12:00-12:50pm. $15 per kid if you’re not registered in a class already. Kids under 3 must have a parent on the floor with them at all times. Register here.


  • Kelsay Farms Fall Fun: 6-9pm. ! Head out to enjoy everything from the corn maze, hayrides, farm animals, jump pad, corn crib, Moo Choo, pumpkins and much more! Tickets here


  • Dulls Tree Farm- Pumpkin Harvest: 1-7pm. Check out 45+ different attractions on the farm. Corn maze, pumpkin patch, giant slide, fall food & drinks, wagon rides, & more! Purchase tickets in advance for $2 off with code “KUIG23” Get tickets here!

Library Events at Johnson County Public Libraries


  • Scarecrow Festival: Dollies Farm: 10am-6pm. Kid's Pumpkin Chunkin, Hamster Wheel, Bounce House, Corn Maze, Human size tic tac toe with huge pumpkins, pumpkin bowling, scavenger dig in the corn crib and more. Linville's Antique Tractors will be parading around the farm. Hayrides for kids of all ages. Vino Mobil Bar is making special mulled wine and serving beer to go along with Smokehouse BBQ and Happy Taco all day long. Live Music. Special Scarecrow Selfie Scavenger Hunts. . This is a fun day for your family. Cost is $6 adults, $10 kids, $2 kids 2 and under. Tickets sold upon entry to the farm.


  • The Apple Works Fall Fun: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m Fall Fun is open on Indy’s south side. Enjoy music from Highland Reign, artisans, food, kids activities, and more Free admission (some activities cost extra). 8157 S. 250 West Trafalgar, Indiana

  • Greenwood Fall Concert: 6pm. Music by The 90’s Band. Family Friendly and free admission! Coolers are allowed (no alcohol) A food truck will also be there! Greenwood Amphitheater Greenwood, IN

  • Harvest Weekend at Mallow Run: 12-9pm. Celebrate the season with food trucks, wine, live music, fall fun and local vendors on the lawn. Mallow Run Winery Bargersville, IN


  • Fall Vintage Fest: 10am-5pm. Featuring a downtown street fair and more than 100 vintage item dealers from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will also be live music and food trucks. Downtown Franklin, 66 S. Water St. Franklin, IN
